Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gutter Installer Supervisor to lead and oversee our gutter installation teams. This hands-on leadership role ensures that all gutter installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gutter installation, team management, and job site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gutter installation crews
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
- Train and mentor new and existing installers on best practices and safety procedures
- Inspect work sites before, during, and after installation to ensure compliance with company standards and local codes
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job specifications
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide effective solutions
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and tools
- Report daily progress and project updates to management
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in gutter installation (seamless preferred)
- 1–2 years of supervisory or crew lead experience in construction or a related trade
- Knowledge of various gutter systems and installation techniques
- Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with aluminum, copper, and steel gutter systems
- Familiarity with downspout and drainage system design
Work Environment:
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Use of ladders, scaffolding, and roofing equipment
- Physical labor including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
